Celebrating Bontoc Day reminds us of our culture, heritage and other rituals. So last week, we celebrated Bontoc Day. It was the 100th year of our town so I was expecting that this fiesta would be bongga but it's not. Haha, I don't mean that it's ugly or bad but it's quite boring not like those past fiestas that is fun and full of activities. We 3rd years presented last week. First, our section Aves combined with the section Canary presented a folk dance called Bakya Dance wherein we use sandals to clap our hands. Second, the whole third year presented an interpretative dance at the ground demo which we performed last school's foundation day. Well, it's fun and we enjoyed it. To avoid boredom, we watched pageant and the street dancing with my friends.
We should continue to celebrate Bontoc Day every year for the future and for the sake of remembering our heritage, culture and others because these are the things we are proud of.

AmBiTiOnS . ! .!
As life change or gets harder, it's our responsibility as teens to look at the future like planning things on what to do.
It's difficult for me to pick college course. I was planning to get architecture, designing, teaching, culinary arts or study acting. I have a lot of skills like drawing, talking, dancing, singing, acting and I also love to use the computer.
When I grow up, I want to be a celebrity. As young as my age, I was influenced in entertainment like reading about stars (celebrities), copying them and act like them. Yeah! It's weird but I'm suffering from identity crisis. I also tried making my own magazine but it was difficult gathering issues. I also want to be a magazine editor. It sounds selfish, right? But I also thinking about my family. My dad wants me to study architecture in the University of the Philippines. I want to do it so that I'll make him proud. Well, I'm so young to plan but it's my responsibility to do that. Looking at the future is like living in that moment. But I'm taking what my family say as a stepping stone to achieve my dreams.

MaH ImPrEssIoNs!
It's the end of summer, a new school year has arrived. Fun ends and boredom starts. A new lifestyle waiting for me such as waking up early, study time, fun limits and new challenges.
I heard that 3rd Year is the most fun and challenging year year level in high school so I'm exited with it. Attending the first day, I observed that my classmates have decreased. I felt pity on those former classmates who had gone because they left good memories.
I expect that this school year would be happy and surviving. I have more expectations on my favorite subject English. Hope it's gonna be fun.
